I offer online fitness coaching and I like to stay connected through google hangouts or skype. It is normal for me to place phone calls to my clients to check on regular progress. Your goals are MY priority!
I offer nutritional recommendations based off of your individual goals and tailor a training routine designed to reach your goals. There is no goal too large or too small!
All clients receive exercise and meal tracking forms.
We schedule to meet as much as you like although I prefer 2 to 3 times a week to ensure success.
